we made our way into london last weekend and stopped in one of the more eccentric parts, called
camden town.
this is a city made of markets. a curious place that attracts every kind of person imaginable.
a place where you can buy any item of clothing with studs on it, swing in a hammock, sit down for a nice cup of coffee and a hookah in the middle of an indoor market, spot a new breed of massive dog that makes you speechless, or see the same souvenir shop thirty different times.
it's a trip.
after the chaos, we made our way into central london and got to see through the london eye and say hello to big ben from across the river. we ended our night eating at a global cuisine restaurant on the south bank called giraffe. we ate spicy thai and drank red stripe. it was wonderful, and a bit nostalgic.

ridiculous item of clothing found in camden

we layed in hammocks and swooned at their splendor. we want to buy all the hammocks.

we bought tapestries for our future home

i took pictures of the indian food but couldn't bring myself to eat anything that had been exposed to such dirty air

i saw this and thought of kirk. maybe i would have chanced it if he were there to share his excitement about all the colours and smells and flavours of the curry dishes.

shh, don't tell
